Team Role Summary
As a Field Marketing representative you will be responsible for driving on site sales, marketing and brand awareness. An ability to communicate clearly and build relationships will be critical for the success of this position. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing on lead development, sell through and in-person activation strategies. Through Events, Demos and other on site activations you will be responsible for sampling, brand awareness, sales and marketing. While responsibilities will be centered around in-person activations and increasing velocity, an open mind and enthusiastic attitude for work outside of your role is essential in the startup phase. You will have the opportunity to grow with BAR-U-EAT, create roles, and build on your skill sets.

Responsibilities

  • Research, plan and complete field marketing campaigns
  • Communicate BAR-U-EAT key differentiators, values and story.
  • Establish, manage and maintain customer relationships.
  • Drive market awareness, education and branding
  • Assist in the design and implementation of regional marketing programs
  • Promote BAR-U-EAT Product Catalog
  • Assist in the development and launch plan of new markets and regions
  • Attend and help run regional trade shows, expos, events and activation
  • Collaborate with the sales staff team to ensure sales and marketing objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in creating signage and marketing materials for events and in-store promotions
  • Gather content for social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
  • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of marketing, advertising or public relations experience
  • Must have strong organization, project management, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Superior customer service orientation; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must possess valid drivers license
  • Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate several parallel projects, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; weekends or evenings on occasion

Travel
Travel will be required (60% - 70%)

Additional Information
